Exciting news! We've won with our client Pure Broadband

We're delighted to be celebrating another award win this week after securing the Best Fibre Marketing Campaign Award at the UK Fibre Awards for our work with broadband provider Pure Broadband

We picked up the award in London on the 9th June after developing a fresh, new brand identity and proposition for Pure Broadband: ‘No ifs, no buts, no buffering. Just really good broadband.’

The straightalking rebrand grabbed the public’s attention on billboards while also catching the eye online where more than 5,000 customers signed up to one of Pure’s packages over the last 12 months alone.

Becci Flitton-O’Brien, Pace’s Head of Client Services, said: “I’m incredibly proud of the work we’ve developed in partnership with Pure Broadband and the results they’ve gained. Pure Broadband gave us the opportunity to shake things up in an already crowded marketplace so our brand positioning and creative needed to really give them an edge – and we’re thrilled it’s done just that.”

Pure Broadband smashed its own year-on-year growth targets by growing revenue by 33 per cent – all against the backdrop of operating in a regional broadband market that had been dominated for decades by a single provider.

Tony Jopling, Pure Broadband’s Managing Director, said: “We are over the moon to earn this recognition on a national stage.

“The full fibre broadband market has never been as competitive as it is now. We hired marketing and sales managers to accommodate our growth and vision, leading to our rebrand last summer. With the help of our friends at Pace Communications, we successfully achieved our aim of cutting through the noise and jargon that so many other suppliers bombard their customers with.

Our aim was simple: strip away those issues and give households what they need – ‘really’ good broadband that they can rely on, with no fuss.”
