A commercially focused digital leader to provide consultancy and delivery services within our fast-growing agency.

What you’ll be doing

Running Digital Marketing Operations

  • Working closely with the Client Services team to understand the brief and objectives
  • Creating clear client statement of requirements including objectives
  • Establishing a benchmark performance and business case for digital marketing investment across all levels of campaign requirements and audiences
  • Leading on research, planning and set up of digital marketing campaigns – Creating 3, 6 and 12 month-plans for each client at a campaign level
  • Lead on campaign delivery, optimisation and reporting for each client
  • Overseeing all digital work, including ongoing PPC and SEO work

Delivering Web Projects

  • Working closely with your internal and external customers to create comprehensive statements of requirements before web work is begun
  • Establishing a benchmark performance measure and business case for website investment with clear KPIs
  • Creating an engaging and descriptive brief covering creative, technical and digital marketing objectives
  • Managing costs, deadlines and (working with our clients services team) communicating and managing client expectations, sign off and amendments
  • Working with both in-house and external development resources, mainly in WordPress and Squarespace

Supporting the Business

  • Generating revenue opportunities with existing and new clients
  • Contributing to the prospecting, pitching and client onboarding process
  • Be the central go-to digital contact within the team, providing quick and accurate advice on all aspects of digital
  • Constantly optimising, automating and improving our process to reduce cost and increase the speed of delivery
  • Developing the digital team by providing objective setting, regular 121s and performance reviews
  • Creating and contributing to the overall Pace business strategy as a key member of the senior management team

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years’ experience in the digital industry including agency experience
  • Expert understanding of PPC (Google Ads) and SEO
  • Good understanding of Web & CMS technologies (at the user level)
  • In-depth understanding of processes around website migration, website launch and domain transfer
  • Experience of working autonomously to plan, deliver and launch website projects from beginning to end and anticipating problems before they arise
  • Experience of dealing with clients’ requirements at a senior level
  • Team management experience
  • Degree level education

  • Delivery of web projects on time and budget and meeting all agreed KPIs

  • Overall reduced cost of delivery based on process refinement and automation
