Singleton Birch, the UK’s leading independent lime supplier, tasked us with building a new website to help launch a new sub-brand in mid-2018.

The international company already had multiple sub-brands on separate websites, with each one lacking a clear way for people to easily find the brand’s other services. We challenged the brief and proposed migrating all five sites onto a single domain to maximise SEO efforts, improve user experience and present a clear brand identity. So that’s what we did!

Our proposal heavily influenced a full company restructure and rebrand, bringing all the sub-brands together under the parent company with one, unified, identity.

With the brand in order, we produced a set of website designs to match and tackled a large content project involving the recategorisation of existing technical content and the production of new content for each sub-brand.

The final step was the technical migration of five websites onto one domain, which involved the mapping and redirecting of over 1,000 URLs.

We secured buy-in from all key stakeholders and successfully launched the fully secure site in October, hosted on our own server. Check it out here!
