Challenge.

Regional housebuilder Beal Homes wanted to increase brand awareness and drive sales at a time of challenging market conditions and reduced demand.

Response.

A full strategic review of the client’s existing marketing activity identified the need to build the Beal Homes brand to drive greater awareness and interest at the start of the buying journey.

Our solution included a TV commercial focusing on the emotional aspects of buying a home, using clever storytelling to position Beal Homes as an aspirational choice for every stage of family life.

Results.

The 30-second and 60-second versions of the high-end ad we produced for Sky TV evoked the desired emotional response from the test audience.

Using TwentyCI data to target viewers who were seeking to buy, we achieved a 56% uplift in brand traffic to the Beal Homes website during the campaign period. Beal’s sales director attributed £2.8m worth of sales to the campaign, reflecting an ROI of 98%.
