How to convert clicks to calls through paid social.

Having worked with Cabot for more than a decade, we knew exactly what was needed when it came to taking over its parent company’s social media channels.

Challenge.

We have worked with debt recovery agency Wescot Credit Services since 2015, supporting the firm’s always-on recruitment activities by creating engaging social media content that reflects day-to-day life for employees.

In 2024 Wescot’s parent company, Cabot Credit Management, chose us to take over the management of the social channels used for recruitment across all nine of its subsidiaries.

Response.

Our social content showcases Cabot’s people-first culture, humanising the brand by showing employees in off-duty mode as they interact with colleagues during breaks and take part in fun activities to support community projects and charity fundraising.

A young white man wearing a black cap and dark clothes operating a video camera, looking serious

Results.

Through organic activity we’ve exceeded KPIs for reach and engagement on both Instagram and Facebook and increased page reach on Facebook by 37 per cent year-on-year.

An additional paid social campaign to attract prospective job applicants generated so many enquiries that the campaign was closed early to enable the client to manage the influx.
