How we helped Reckitt’s Marketing Academy achieve an A* launch.
Reckitt’s marketing function recognised it needed to prioritise personal development. But building a sustainable learning culture needed a dynamic comms campaign to support it. Enter: Pace. School is now in session!

In 2021, Reckitt was planning to launch its Marketing Academy: a new learning platform for its global marketing function. But ‘learning’ was not something prioritised by the business at the time, so a step-change comms programme was required to build a sustainable learning culture.
Response.
We recognised this would require more than a six-month ‘launch campaign’. Firstly, we established a tone of voice and created a communications ‘look and feel’ for the Academy.
Having established capability upskilling areas for the year, we developed a ‘comms package’ of activity to drive course completions.
While also managing an ambassador network, providing ‘influencers’ with personalised, bespoke comms content to share with their networks.
