Social media content that’s more than skin deep.

Increasing sales in the competitive beauty space required a ‘full coverage’ social media strategy. With user-generated content launching across TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, we saw some glowing results!

Challenge.

Operating in the competitive beauty space, 7th Heaven was looking to increase brand awareness to drive sales of its face masks.

Response.

We created a new user generated content-centric (UGC) strategy for 7th Heaven’s TikTok, Instagram and Facebook that would raise brand awareness by growing followers and increasing engagement – all while building brand trust.

Managing the brand’s key social media channels, we:

  • Created all content and assets – from graphics to UGC video content

  • Conducted social listening

  • Delivered community management

  • Delivered targeted paid social media campaigns at seasonal sales moments in the calendar

  • Managed influencer collaborations

Supporting this work, we also produced a product film for 7th Heaven’s stand at one of the world’s biggest beauty trade shows, Cosmoprof.

Results.

In just six months, TikTok followers increased from 2,500 to 3,700, Facebook followers grew by 22,000.

Our Christmas campaign specifically resulted in:

  • TikTok videos gaining one million views, more than 3,000 link clicks and followers increasing
    by 405 (18% above the industry standard)

  • An organic Facebook reach of more than 62,000 and paid reach of more than 2.5 million – with 1,000 link clicks

  • Instagram followers increasing by 296 through organic activity
